None of it constitutes a binding offer, quotation, or guarantee. Actual system design, final pricing, and subsidy eligibility are confirmed only through a site visit and a signed quotation.

2. Government Subsidy Information

References to the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana, its subsidy tiers, and related figures are based on publicly available Government of India guidelines at the time of writing and may be revised or withdrawn by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) without notice. SVSOLAR is an independent solar installation business and is not the Government of India, MNRE, or any DISCOM, and does not control subsidy approval, amount, or disbursement timelines. Applicants should verify current scheme details at the official portal, pmsuryaghar.gov.in.

SVSOLAR is not currently MNRE-empanelled (empanelment application pending as of this writing). Until empanelment is confirmed, we do not represent ourselves as an empanelled vendor anywhere on this site, and we recommend not doing so elsewhere either — customers applying for the PM Surya Ghar subsidy select a vendor by name from the official empanelled list, so this status should be kept accurate and updated the moment it changes. Delete or update this note once empanelment is confirmed.

3. Estimates and Calculators

The on-site savings calculator uses simplified assumptions (an average per-unit tariff, average generation per kW, and an average installed cost per kW) to produce an indicative range. Actual results depend on your roof orientation, shading, local DISCOM tariff, equipment selected, and government approval, and may differ materially from the estimate shown.

4. Warranties

Any warranty terms mentioned on this site (for panels, inverters, or workmanship) are general industry ranges for illustration and are superseded by the specific manufacturer and service warranty documents provided with your signed quotation.

5. Intellectual Property

The text, design, and graphics on this site belong to SVSOLAR unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Third-Party Links

Links to external sites (such as the official PM Surya Ghar portal) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of external websites.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SVSOLAR is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on estimates or general information published on this website.
